Connect Gmail, Microsoft or your own SMTP server to send booking notifications from your business email address. Customers receive the message from an address they recognise, and replies reach you.
Notifications come from your own corporate address rather than the platform's.
When a customer replies to a notification, the message lands directly in your inbox.
Messages sent from your own verified domain have a much higher chance of reaching the inbox.
Gmail, Microsoft or classic SMTP — pick whichever matches your setup.
From your booking page to your messages, all communication runs under the same brand.
A Gmail, Microsoft 365/Outlook account or an accessible SMTP server
For SMTP, the server address, port and credentials
A domain-verified email address (recommended to reduce spam risk)
Go to communication settings in the panel.
Select Gmail, Microsoft or your own SMTP server.
Approve access on the provider's screen for Gmail and Microsoft; for SMTP, enter the server address, port and credentials.
Confirm the connection works with a test message.
Email providers check whether the sender's domain matches the server doing the sending. A mismatch is the most common reason a message lands in the spam folder.
Connecting your own email infrastructure means sending happens from your verified domain, and delivery rates rise noticeably.
Having SPF and DKIM records correctly configured for your domain raises them further. Those settings are made at your domain provider.
If you use Gmail or Google Workspace, the Gmail connection is the most practical — you authorise without entering a password.
On Microsoft 365, the Microsoft connection offers the same ease and stays aligned with your corporate policies.
If you run your own server or use a different provider, the classic SMTP connection works in every case; you just enter the server address, port and credentials.
Gmail / Google Workspace — authorised without a password
Microsoft 365 / Outlook — aligned with corporate policy
SMTP — the general method that works with any provider
Not for Gmail and Microsoft connections; authorisation happens on the provider's own screen. SMTP requires server credentials.
Make sure SPF and DKIM records are configured for your domain. Those settings are made at your domain provider and raise delivery rates noticeably.
Directly to the email account you connected.
Notifications are sent through the platform. Connecting your own address is optional but recommended for brand consistency and deliverability.
Setup takes minutes and no card is required. You can use every feature free of charge during the trial period.
